“For valuable insights, you have to dig deep.” When a client asked her to join their organization’s business development team, Jen didn’t hesitate to dig in. It wasn’t long before everyone was treating her like a fellow employee. “At some point I realized the team had actually forgotten I didn’t work there, including the CEO,” remembers Jen. Of course, 25+ years of marketing, advertising and PR experience has taught her the value of gaining firsthand knowledge of her clients’ challenges, customers and goals. “I love it when clients see us as a natural extension of their team. It helps us gain invaluable insights that move the needle.”
As head of our Account Service team, Jen leads marketing research, planning and strategy. Before joining KW2, Jen served as a brand strategist and director of account planning in Seattle working on Microsoft, Boeing, HP and T-Mobile, to name a few. She is a regular guest speaker at the University of Wisconsin, a Governor's Business Plan Contest judge and a Wisconsin Technology Council guest panelist.
And at the YWCA, they call her “The Birthday Lady”, which is so much cooler than it sounds.
